Logic Channels

Logic channels supported as per GSM Recommendations.
TCH/F speech or data = Traffic channel/Fullrate
FACCH/F = Fast Associated Control Channel
SACCH = Slow Associated Control Channel
FCCH = Freq Correction Channel
SCH = Sync Channel
BCCH = Broadcast Control Channel
CCCH = Common Control Channel
SDCCH = Stand Alone Dedicated Control Channel
CBCH = Cell Broadcast Channel.

Max of No of SDCCH per Transmitter TRX is 12, on A-Bis interface.

Nokia Talk Family BTS ie D3 Have 5 Transmission Ports 3 X 2Mbit/s PCM and E1 Ports.
The more Transmission cards the more interfaces are created.

2 X 0.5Mbit/s 1 Mbit/s + 2 Mbit/s HDSL interfaces.
